EOD Team 04 responded to a call-out in Otrolak Village, Svay Damnak Chas Village, Romtom Commune, Rovieng District of Preah Vihear Province where they found one 40 mm M381 launcher made in the USA, one Chinese 60 mm type 27 mortar, and one Bomblet Blu 24 made in the USA.
