EOD Team 04 responded to a call-out in Ta Siem Village, Ta Siem Commune, Stay Leu District of Siem Reap Province where they found three Chinese 82 mm type 30 mortars, one Chinese 82 mm type 65 recoilless, and one Chinese 60 mm type 69 AP mine.
